A referral is required to see an obstetrician gynecologist in the Yukon. Please see your family doctor, nurse practitioner, or other health care provider to discuss a referral to our clinic.
Other options to consider:
For pregnancy care you can self-refer to Solstice Maternity or the Yukon Midwifery Program. Our clinic does not provide primary maternity care; all of our pregnant patients must also have a family doctor or midwife involved in their care.
For pregnancy options counselling, abortions and miscarriage management, you can self-refer to OPAL Clinic.
The Yukon Sexual Health Clinic offers sexual and reproductive health services.
Yukon Midlife Clinic offers support to people approaching or in menopause.
If you are a health care provider wanting to refer a patient:
Please fax a referral letter to our clinic at 867-675-0026. Please include the patient’s most recent Pap smear with all referrals, as well as any other relevant investigations. Indicating the urgency of the referral is helpful for us to appropriately triage your patient.
